Jeanne McAlister, President, CEO and Founder of the McAlister Institute, talks about her organizations 42 years of leadership in the area of addiction recovery. McAlister, who is celebrating her 62nd year of sobriety, is joined by Michelle DeForrest, the Institute’s Kiva Learning Center for Women & Children Counselor. McAlister and DeForrest discuss the Institute’s 7th Annual 5K Walk for Sobriety that will be held on Sunday, August 25 at Liberty Station.
