Billy Moore, President of the ABC Youth Foundation, is joined by Terence Shigg, the Foundation’s COO, to discuss the Foundation’s focus on working with underrepresented youth in Southeast San Diego. Moore, the son of San Diego icon Archie Moore, a World Light Heavyweight Champion Boxer, talks about the Foundation’s after-school boxing, tutoring and mentoring program.
