In this open and honest conversation, Rebecca Jones is joined by CEO and President of SSA Insurance Services, Stephanie San Antonio. San Antonio begins by explaining how and why she started her own company and its mission to help and connect with its clients. Describing herself as optimistic, she is constantly trying to do her best work as well as give herself grace. San Antonio also explains how growing up her mother was a role model on how to balance her work and family life. She explains how her company focuses on the health and wellness of her clients and not only selling them insurance. She closes by explaining how most people use logic to make decisions, but she herself was most successful when she led from her heart.
