Sara Jacobs, Chair of San Diego for Every Child: The Coalition to End Child Poverty, talks about the coalition’s work with myriad community organizations to cut the experience of child poverty in San Diego County in half by 2030. The coalition launched the San Diego COVID-19 Children’s Fund to address food security, childcare, equitable distance learning, housing insecurity and access to health care.
