Deborah Klochko, Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA), talks about the museum’s Spring exhibitions.  Klochko is joined by Suda House, whose exhibit “The Water Holds Me, Photographs by Suda House,” runs from March 4 through October 15.
