Ariella Pacheco, a San Diego County high school student, makes look-a-like dolls for children with physical deformities who are undergoing reconstructive surgery through Fresh Start Surgical Gifts. Pacheco is joined by Michelle Pius, Chief Development Officer for Fresh Start, to talk about the organization’s mission, which has provided $45 million in free medical services for more than 8,100 children since its founding in 1991.
