Neil O’Connell, Executive Director of the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial Association, is joined by Amy Forsythe, a member of the Association’s Board of Trustees, to chat about the Association’s mission and the upcoming Memorial Day ceremony, slated for Monday, May 30 from 11:00 a.m. too 12 noon. The ceremony will honor Major Megan McClung, USMC, the first female graduate of the US Naval Academy to be killed in action since the school was founded in 1845.
