Anneliese Peerbolte, a Del Norte High School student and leader of the school’s “Gardening for Change Club,” is joined by her academic advisor Lauren DeCaprio to discuss Peerboltes’s award-winning gardening project. Peerbolte chats about how the garden makes tangible change through petitions and social action, and how the garden has had a measurable impact on mental health and connectedness at the high school.
