In this reflective episode, Rebecca Jones is joined by the powerhouse duo of Melinda Staab and Maggie Slater. The founders of SHE VIP, Staab, and Slater have pooled their shared strengths into a business that focuses on connecting the community to the local business owners around them. Through the pandemic, the women found a necessity in supporting local businesses and in growing strong community ties. Maggie, describing herself as an agile individual, encourages young women to stay authentic and to always focus on your own core values. A cheerleader for those around her, Melinda motivates young women to work hard and to trust that the rest will follow.
