Curt Brooker, Director of ArtWalk San Diego, discusses ArtWalk Carlsbad (September 21-22) and Bella Vita Fest (October 19-20) in Little Italy.  The fine art festival in Carlsbad featured the work of more than 150 artists, while Bella Vita Fest showcases live chalk art, wine, food and music.
